1) Complete Front Fork Rebuild

2) Front Fork Rebuild with Stage 1 Upgrade

3) Front Fork Rebuild with Stage 2 Upgrades

Complete Front Fork Rebuild

PROBLEM:
Leaking oil
Mushy feel but overall likes the feel of the stock Goldwing Suspension

REPAIR:
Remove, clean & inspect all parts for wear and/or damage*
Replace inner & outer bushings, oil seals, o-rings and clips.
Refill with new fork oil
Reassemble fork assemblies
Road test & re-inspect for leaks

*Fork tube inner/outer damage and fork oil contaminated brake pads additional

PROBLEM:

Leaking oil Bottoms Out
Missing the "new" bike feel Suspension is too soft or "mushy" feel

REPAIR:
Remove, clean & inspect all parts for wear and/or damage*
Replace inner & outer bushings, oil seals, o-rings and clips
Install new Gold Valves with Emulator
Install new Progressive Fork Springs
Refill with new fork oil and reassemble fork assemblies
Road test & re-inspect for leaks

PROBLEM:

Leaking Oil

Don't like the feel of the stock Goldwing Suspension

Too soft of suspension especially with an aggressive riding style

Scraping the ground while cornering or riding with the maximum weight capacity and/or trailer

Front end shake*

REPAIR:
Remove, clean & inspect all parts for wear and/or damage**
Replace inner & outer bushings, oil seals, o-rings and clips
Install Progressive fork cartridge assemblies
Replace steering bearings with tapered bearing set & re-assemble steering stem
Refill with new fork oil and re-assemble fork assemblies
Road test & re-inspect for leaks

* Other problems may contribute to front end wobble such as tires, wheel bearings and uneven weight disctribution.
